Due to the tireless efforts of our greens staff and the many club volunteers that have been on course during the current renovations, the course will be open and a Wednesday competition will be run tomorrow. Due to the time of this decision, an on-line tee sheet will not be set up, however, you can ring the pro shop on 32068143 to book your spot in the competition this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
I would like to thank the team of volunteers that have also donated their time on course yesterday and today to assist in weed eradication, divot and pitch mark repairs and turfing on course. Your assistance is greatly appreciated and has not only improved the presentation of the course for all our members and guests but has made golf available to our members a day ahead of schedule. On behalf of the board, greens staff and the members of RBGC, THANK YOU for your efforts!
A huge thank you also to Mick & Anne Brown (McDonalds Coorparoo) for supplying the burgers to all the volunteers today. Once again, you have provided support beyond expectation. Thank you!
