The return serve of the Battle of the Bay (Carbrook GC v RBGC) was played today. Even under heavy conditions, a high standard of golf was played, especially by the winner Bill Sneddon (RBGC) who compiled 45 points and 2nd place, Steven Pook (CGC) 41 points.
The main trophy of the day was the team result. This was the tally of the top 15 cards from each club. RBGC scored 531 points to Carbrook GC's 525 points. Well done to the RBGC players! The next Battle will be approx. May 2012 so stay tuned!
